Poor Gary`s Pizza in Virginia

Gyro pizza is the best

We stayed in Virginia on the way home from camping and ordered delivery to our hotel. The food was fine, my burger was quite good and the rest was ok, if a bit soggy from being in styrofoam containers. Delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. This would have been a 4 star review but the woman who answered the phone was terribly rude. We had ordered an appetizer but it didn’t come; when i called to ask for a refund she was incredibly rude, as if I was inconveniencing her by calling to let her know we didn’t receive something we paid for. We come through Virginia quite often and we’ll eat elsewhere next time we’re in the area.

Great service at the bar... food was fantastic

Called in at 2:10pm and didn't get my food until 4:05pm. Was never discounted anything. Food arrived cold and the didn't even bring me a can of Pepsi that I payed for. I rarely order from the Virginia Snickers because of reasons like this. The other 2 are fabulous and I go to the Chisholm location a lot. Virginia needs to get their act together.

Ordered a take out for 6 committee members with delivery. Food is delicious, plentiful and hot. Even with delivery. Pizza is beyond fantastic. We've been around the Minnesota eating pizza's. They have an Italian garlic sauce that compares only to Calendonia, MN Good Times Pizza. 4 Stars.

Most of the food is good, some is just decent, the prices are ridiculous. Service is excellent though.

My family really enjoyed the pizza from here. I had the buffalo wings and they were good. The daily special Pizza, Pitcher, and a Pound is well worth the $21 dollars.

Great thin crust pizza! Extra crunchy, even though paper thin.Medium pizza was $21. However, pizza good enough to justify price.Update: Went there recently. Excellent customer service. Excellent food. Can't say enough about this place. Will go back again.

The wings had to much sauce and had to reach through a puddle to get to some of them. The pizza was good on the outside layer but turned into a peer grease and super thin crust after the first layer of square slices. That plus the price... just bad taste. Maybe it was just a rushed order.

The pizza was delicious; great crust! Server understood we needed to get out the door to go to an event so she expedited the service.

Just stopped in to check out this little bar here in virginia minnesota. Ordered up a beer for myself and 2 more for my company for a grand total of 6 bucks!!! I have not had a 2 dollar beer in 20 years 😆

Went to eat lunch and ordered our food, an hour and a half went by and my daughter still hadn't gotten her food. The owner was there and gave us a huge discount for the wait. Great food otherwise.

Only thing good is some of the staff, the food is not that good and the owners treat the staff worse than slave through emotion abuse.

Small town Pizza shop well liked by many locals famous for their Pizza, Pound and Pitcher combo!

Excellent food, friendly staff. The Chicken strip appetizer in most restaurants would be considered an entire main course and the breading is well-executed not too thick not too thin, with an excellent seasoning.

Stumbled upon this place by accident. Great find, great tasting pizza and friendly service.

Good Pizza, toppings fall of the crust, suggest that they put a base layer of cheese on top of the sauce, then toppings, then more cheese... But tasted very good.

The food is amazing. Friendly staff great bar burgers, highly recommended.

My pizza was hacked apart sauce and toppings piled on the side my wings were over cooked and had no sauce on them the sauce was on the bottom of the package I ordered extra blue cheese it was not included. I have been an avid Snickers fan. Now a manager Tony Leaner has destroyed customer service by telling me to "f#ck off!!" When i complained about the poor service.

We love this shop! Great front of the house and pretty quick time on pickup!

The service was good, but the food was terrible. The Garlic bread looked and tasted great, but the sauce was ICE cold. We had to have them reheat it twice just to get it above maybe 30 degrees. My wife had their steak sandwich. There was a couple pieces of steak of the sandwich with lots of garlic shavings. She ate half of it due to hunger. I had the chicken sandwich that was deep fried , but not very good. The best thing I can say about our meal was the seasoned fries.

This is a must try! Great service and excellent food.

The Pizza, the Pitchers, the People make this spot Top Shelf. Did I mention the Gyro Pizza? Unbelievably Delicious and a must try.

I hate cooking every now and then its a treat to go out.like salad bars / with all u can eat pizza. Waitress is very nice friendly

Ordered 2 pizza at 13:55. Told 45 minutes to a hour which i was okay with. 1 hr and 20 mins go by. Call to see whats up and told they were backed up. Offered no discount or compensation. Was told theyd be here very soon. My pizza just arrived at 16:05. 2 plus hours and no compensation. I do not fault the delivery driver cause its not his fault thru were understaffed. Tipped him accordingly. However the virginia location has lost me as a customer. Never again will i order from them.

The tap Blue Moon was rancid, but the pizza was excellent.

For the most part the pizza is good definitely my fav in the Virginia area.

Was told my order would be delivered in 30-45 minutes "tops" I called at 1 hour and 15 minutes in and they said it's on its way and would be NO more then 10 minutes and now its an 1 hour and 45 minutes in and nothing

Stopped by this place for dinner - absolutely wonderful! My dad and I really enjoyed it here. Great service, pizza was piping hot (and delicious) when it was served, and had a good atmosphere. Will definitely stop here again if we are in the area!
